1. Introduction
  These Terms & Conditions govern your use of QwickJobs operated by QwickJobs By using the   Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. User Accounts
  •  Users must create an account to access the Software.
  •  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details.
  •  Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or access is prohibited.
  •  The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
  You agree not to:
  •  Use the Software for unlawful activities
  •  Upload misleading, false, or harmful information
  •  Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to disrupt the Software
  •  Spread viruses or malicious code
  Violations may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

4. Data & Privacy
  Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with Indian IT and data protection laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you upload.

5. Applicant & Recruiter Information
  •  You must obtain consent before uploading Applicant data.
  •  Recruiter data must be used solely for placement-related activities.
  •  Unauthorized distribution or misuse is prohibited.

6. License Grant
  We provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use QwickJobs solely for placement and job management purposes.

7. Fees & Payments
  •  Subscription fees must be paid as per the agreed pricing.
  •  Non-payment may result in suspension.
  •  Fees are non-refundable except as per the Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability & Support
  •  We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  •  Scheduled maintenance may occur.
  •  Support is provided through email or phone per your subscription plan.

9. Intellectual Property
  All rights to QwickJobs remain with QwickJobs.
  Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

10. Third-Party Integrations
  The Software may integrate with third-party tools.
  We are not responsible for third-party performance or data handling.

11. Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
  •  Data loss
  •  Technical failures
  •  Unauthorized access due to user negligence
  •  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  Liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

12. Termination
  We may terminate access if you:
  •  Violate terms
  •  Fail to make payment
  •  Engage in harmful activities
  Upon termination, your access may be revoked immediately.

13. Data Retention & Deletion
  •  Data is retained for a limited period after cancellation.
  •  Users may request data export within this period.
  •  Data may be deleted permanently after 30–90 days.

14. Changes to Terms
  We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the Software denotes acceptance.

15. Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.
  Disputes will be handled in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
